Hey it's CD! I read and write MM romance books, or queer romance, or gay romance. As long as two men fall in love, it's my kind of book. I'm here to tell you a little more about me.

I grew up in the suburbs of New York City. Being Filipino-American, my lived experience wasn't always easy, but it was mine and it was authentic. I constantly found myself telling stories, believing I could be more than what the world was telling me I was.

​

Realizing I was queer (gay isn't quite accurate, but asexual leaves a bit to be desired, and i hate labels) didn't make life easier. But being an Asian man in America who didn't fit the masculine archetypical mold did something to me: it forced me to be strong and clever.

​

So I pushed the bounds of creativity. I grew up loving all sorts of arts (sports, not so much) and i try to incorporate that into my very existence. 

​

But I did love reading! I discovered kindle unlimited before 2020. Then, during the quaratine times, I read. SO. much. 

​

One day i decided to throw my hat into the ring, and BAM- he we are.
